This is how our program works....

THESE ARE OUR TERMS....

a) If you have a website it must be amateur. We need the URL of it so we can go check it out.

b) Your pics must be relatively clear and if at all possible within a reasonable size or we will have to resize them. In other words, you send us a pic that is 640x480 do not expect us to use it that large.

c) We will use a dozen or less of your pics on our site. If your pics are great and you allow, we will use more.

d) This will be in a members only section!
These do not go in the free section at all. They are considered 'exclusives and the best of the amateurs' and for member's viewing only!!!!

e) We will provide you with a URL of your own. Your pics will not be on a page with someone else's. **

f) We will, on this particular page of yours, provide a small bio on you if you wish that you will provide us. This can include whatever info you give us. Some people put their yahoo profile, some their hobbies, statistics, etc.

g) We will also publish your email for contact if you like.

h) It is up to you what info other than the pics that we put on your page. We decide which pics we would like to use.

i) We will provide a direct link to your website on this page of yours if you have your own personal one.

j) If you have a personal website of your own you must provide a link back to us on your site somewhere where it can be seen and occasionally clicked on. It cannot be buried in a mass of links. You may also use our small banner on your page somewhere if you like.. they can be viewed at Our Banners

k) IMPORTANT... DISCLAIMER The following must be included in your email. You cannot become a partner with us otherwise. We will not accept it in a second email so be sure to read the statement below. And, any and all pics you send us must be of 'you' or 'you and your partner'. We DO NOT accept pics taken from other places on the internet.

State you are the copyright holder of all the pics you send us to use and you give permission to link to your site (name the site) and use your photographs.

** = Please be informed that if you supply us with just one or two pics your pic(s) may be on a page with someone else's.
